if i could give zero stars i would!!! living here was a literally nightmare !! air conditioning never worked the whole duration of us living here we called so many times and had to stay in a hotel for a week our apartment on the third floor was 110 degrees for several days. finally someone came to replace it, it worked for two days then stopped again. I have lived in a house for 20+ years and have never had to deal w worms coming out of sink 🤢🤢. It was a horror story living here to say the absolute least felt like I was moving into a motel 6 literally so sad/ disappointing all the reply’s from the “management team” should say it all because they real life do not care about you one of the last rules they enforced was that no doormats are allowed outside the door cuz they are tripping hazard 🤣🤣 like okay and u shouldn’t eat burgers cuz they can make you fat? I wish I could give 0 stars. Living here has been a nightmare. Issues with ac working since I moved in May. Dryer in unit took them 6 months to replace. Leasing office staff clearly do not care at all about the resident experience, have never heard from them regarding the issues I’ve experienced.
I am updating this review now that we have moved on and are no longer leasing. This property was acquired by Wynn management when we were living there. In two lease renewals they raised the rent about $325/month and this was during the pandemic when my husband was out of work and our rent went up $60 the two prior leases. In this time the staff were replaced; maintenance was not reliable and often gossiped about the ineptitude of the management staff.
