Application process was very easy. Margaret really went above & beyond for us ensuring the application process & moving in was smooth sailing. Our apartment is updated, nice appliances, very friendly & safe complex! Any time I’ve had to call maintenance they are here right away.. one time they even beat me back to my apartment from Margaret’s office. She does at great job at ensuring the complex is well kept! It’s also in a great location & easily accessible to highways/parkway!
Margaret has been super helpful, kind, and especially patient with my move in process. I am so grateful for her and Matawan Station Apartments for providing me with my new home. Thank you Margaret!
