If I could leave 0 stars, I would. We lived here for 4 years, and while it seemed great at first, the reality is an overpriced complex with no real amenities and poor management. Our “upgraded” 1 bed/1 bath was not move-in ready (no usable kitchen for a month). Maintenance is unreliable, takes shortcuts, skips scheduled work, and repeatedly failed to fix serious issues like AC outages, fire safety problems, and plumbing mistakes. Application process was very easy. Margaret really went above & beyond for us ensuring the application process & moving in was smooth sailing. Our apartment is updated, nice appliances, very friendly & safe complex! Any time I’ve had to call maintenance they are here right away.. one time they even beat me back to my apartment from Margaret’s office. She does at great job at ensuring the complex is well kept! It’s also in a great location & easily accessible to highways/parkway!
