Man, I would rate them a zero if I could. They sure like to screw people over. Charged thousands of dollars for something that management should have taken care of years ago.
Horrible place terrible management I do not recommend this to anybody I mean sure if you're new to renting it's not a bad place to get some rent in history but it's horrible worst management I've ever f***** seen
Absolutely appalled by the landlord, Alisha. She hardly did her job the entire time we lived there and took advantage of us, from a $150 fix but since she was lazy about it at the time, now is charging us $2,000.
Worst place I’ve ever lived parking lot is absolute garbage tons of potholes always a half ass pathetic job fixing it. The rental office lady Vanessa Paulson told me I had to the third of each month to pay my rent I just went in today to pay my rent before work at 1:30 PM and now they tell me it has to be in by noon on the third and their charge me a $50 late fee. I was never told it had to be in by noon by Vanessa I would’ve brought it in an hour and a half earlier and they refused remove the late fee and the office manager... read more
