I saw the oral surgeon for my son. The staff were very nice. I have only good things to say about the office .
The record department at this clinic needs to respect and adhere to their policies. When I requested my son's records to be sent to another clinic, I was told it would take 2–3 business days after filling out the necessary form. However, it’s been two weeks, and the records still haven’t been sent. When I called to follow up, the clinic staff apologized but claimed they had no control over the record department.
