Where do I begin. We just had our boat serviced from our local repair shop prior to coming down for our anniversary trip to Key Largo. First day in the water, we were having issues with our engine. We called multiple shops and nobody would take us in. We called Chester and he took us in that very day, showed us that our local shop actually installed an impeller backwards, and also our spark plugs were broken. He fixed our engine and some. Showed up when he said he would. Gave great advise on repair options. Found several other safety issues on my skiff. All fixed as promised. All work done as promised within estimate.
This place is no joke clown central. Took boat to get fixed for a bad valve. The guy blew bilge pump...made me buy a new one. Go to pick up boat to test and batteries are dead. Had to wait for them to replace batteries. Do test run still some issues, bring boat back. Boat was there for a couple of weeks, go to pick up and again batteries were left on and completely dead. Wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable. We had a small Triumph boat and motor at the John Pennecamp Marina that was sputtering. Chester came out first thing on Monday and by Tuesday afternoon we were back on the water enjoying our vacation. Chester not only fixed the problem with the carburetor, he performed needed basic maintenance to prevent any problems going forward. All at a fair and reasonable price. Fernando works at the shop and he is such a pleasant young man. Entire experience was great. Two thumbs up.
