While out on my annual ride with my buddies we ran into a lot of rain and hail on HWY 191. Rode into Mesa for the night and when morning came my bike wouldn't start. On 8/18, called Chester's Harley-Davidson and talked with the Service Consultant (Jeremiah Roscoe) he sent a truck right over to take my bike to the shop for diagnosis. They were outstanding to work with and provided exceptional customer service. They were quick to provide options and get me back on the road for the remaining 2000 miles of my trip.
