I want to say thank you so much to guys at Desert wind Harley Davidson. Not only the Justin provide an excellent job he put up with my grumpyness behavior when the bank was being more than frustrating. However him and the sales team worked at and made it happened. RecommendedPurchased my '15 FXDB on July 27th, my wife was with me, only time she has been in. I've stopped in a few times since, and am always greeted by name, and asked how my wife is doing (she is battling cancer). When they say that "You are part of the Desert Wind Family", they mean it. I have experienced a level of customer service and support, from the entire staff, that I have not seen in years.

We stopped in Sat July 7th to get taco's and the indoor poker run!!! Busted on the poker run, but the taco's where the bomb!!! We have been looking a for a nice small reasonably priced bike for the wife to start on! We found a 2005 XL883 custom. Huge, Chad and Jeff were very friendly and help full and did not pressure us into something we didn't want. After a test ride and some minor wheeling and dealing the wife got here first motorcycle!!! It’s a one stop Harley Shop with everything you could imagine! Top that off with it being family owned and operated and you’ve got yourself a great combination of things to get a great customer experience! I highly recommend Desert Wind!!
Went here to get service for my bike, luckily my wife said I might as well buy a new one! � I worked with Justin and he was fantastic! I told him what I was looking for and on the first try he led me to the same bike that made me fall in love with Harley's when I was 10 years old. The entire process was less than two hours. Finance guy Chad explained everything quickly and accurately and I was on the road with my new hog. Service, purchase or just looking around, this is where you want to go!
