This complaint is primarily about VICKI . She gave me an extremely hard time. Demanding I use MyChart. Once I finally was able to log in to MyChart I used the app to schedule an appointment. I was then rudely told by VICKI that I CAN NOT schedule "sick visits" in MyChart. I called today to schedule a "sick visit" for my daughter (after seeing many openings in the afternoon available to schedule in MyChart). The staff was kind and welcoming, and the Doctor is very willing to help, listen, and answer any and all questions that needed answered.

Very pleased with my experiences with this doctor. We have taken out twins and 10 year old to her for over a year now. She is good with all ages children. She is tolerant of different opinions and willing to work with our family and provide education (we are choosing, at this time, not to vaccinate). I trust her assessment skills and she gives me peace of mind. She quickly assessed and treated an allergy in one of our twins shortly after birth. Her nurse, that takes the weights and vital signs, is also kind and friendly.
