We lived at Chesterfeild Village Townhomes for 18 months. We added custom blinds to the unit and painted the staircase the color to match the cabinets. We left the unit in perfect condition. We did not get our deposit back because we painted the staircase to match the cabinets. This is the worst rental place I have ever delt with. Terrible management. We improved the townhome and were penalized for it.
