My Mom livedhere for almost 9 months and theymust have had 3 or 4 different Directors so it waschaos at the top. Food is terrible and they ought to be ashamed of themselves for serving this slop to residents. They never gave my Mom her damage deposit back and never told her why. The Business Manager can't keep anything straight and once accused my Mom of being 2 months behind on rent until the Director got involved and foundout we were current. The people at the Bungalows are amazing..they work so hard to take care of my Mom.. I cannot thank them all enough. I would recommend them always.
Our Mother is very content here as a new resident. The Bungalows at Chesterfield Village have an atmosphere of genuine kindness beginning with the Executive Director to all staff and other residents. Words such as clean, bright, welcoming and terms such as community and neighborhoods are used to describe the facility. Phil and I are frequently at this facility and engage with a special family member and several of the residents. The brightest asset of this community is Lisa Ice, who lovingly cares for each resident as if they were her own family members. Her patience, helpfulness, and positivity brightens each space with her presence.
The Bungalows at Chesterfield Village took great care of my mom. The staff was warm and caring, the place was clean and well-kept. The food was good and the staff seemed to be happy working there. They had a variety of activities, from bocce ball, to pillow stuffing, and of course bingo! I toured a lot of facilities before placing my mom and the Bungalows was hands-down the best I found.
