My three stars are for the friendliness of office staff. My caregiver didn't really do much work and missed 30 to 60% of their scheduled days many weeks repeatedly over a few years. I often schedule my time for appointments and errands around them and then they call in sick all the time. It was really inconvenient to have someone rush me home before they arrive and have them not show up again quite often. I have even caught them taking a nap on my couch. This company doesn't know how to communicate well at all. I qualify for caregiver hours. On January 23, 2020 I got an email from Sherrie Nelson asking what kind of schedule I was looking for. I emailed back the same day and let them know I didn't know hours to ask for. I gave a tentative schedule. I hadn't heard anything back by February 7th. Really bad experience... Not with the Care giver. But with the company. The Office manager in the Orchards Vancouver office is extremely rude, inconsiderate, and frankly young & clearly inexperienced with a huge ego & also it is my opinion that her ego may one day get the Company she works for in a lot of trouble with the ADA. So I would Rate this Company 0 star's poor customer service! Loved the Care giver, HATED the Company!
