They assign me a lady she spent 90% of her time sitting down in front of me assuming that I was a storyteller when I called the company and let them know that she was not suitable for me. The lady that answered the phone. Her name is Tania. She raised her voice at me telling me that the girls were not my maids my servants and it was disrespectful the way they talk to me. I was expecting quality care for myself, but I did not get any of it.
Feeling like I’m in the middle of the office staff and my caregiver. My caregiver is stuck in Seattle and could not come to work. I called the company and they told me they have no sub for me. This has never happened, they have always found someone for me. But they keep pushing for me to find a new caregiver. Their issues they have between them has nothing to do with me. I suffer from chronic pain and all they said was sorry.
In my opinion, the staff and employees are wonderful to work with. They are professional, courteous, and polite. Customer service is excellent. Tonya is an amazing employee and supervisor.
Horrible experience with Tonya and the care givers don't like to work! Canceling the shifts constantly.
