Since I've been with Chesterfield, I have witnessed/heard unprofessional behavior, negligence, discrimination and favoritism. Not to mention the unsatisfied/unhappy employees and clients. There are a few decent people at Chesterfield. Unfortunately they can't make up for all the issues that one will have to endure in the main office. Chesterfield dropped my aunt as a client and did not send her a written notice which they are legally obligated to do. she has not had a caregiver in almost 4 weeks. I have lost over 300 dollars due to having to leave work early or having to call out from work this month alone. the worker who i spoke to today said she never called them when she was released from the nursing home on the 3rd which i know is a lie because i was there when she called them. A worker made false report on our house cayseing us to lose care giveing knowing it was false aps has delcared it false and police we are looking for a aturny now to sue her for defrimation. And causeing us to lose all care givers on someone who cant even walk saying there drug being made in my garage saying we have to much company.all proven false do not higher them .
