I have worked for Chesterfield for 14 years. I have been treated with *respect*...always! I feel like a valued employee and would never work for anyone else. This is the very BEST company. Thanks to all that make it that way.

I absolutely love working for Chesterfield they are a very good company to be employed with. Also the health insurance is amazing. Chesterfield will work with you and your schedule. I highly recommend them to anyone. Also I care about my clients highly and give them the best care possible. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.

Awesome place to work!! They work with what schedule you want and what kind of clients you want. The office staff is friendly, helpful, and promt with returning calls and emails. All of my clients love this company as well. They say its the best one they have been with. And some have been with several... If you want a job as an HCA, definitely apply here! What do you have to lose?

These guys treat caregivers like scum. Won't even call in advance to let someone know if client cancelled or is not home. Pay is very low as well for the amount of work they require you to do.
