I have been seeing Dr. Lao for many many years. He has always been there for me when I needed him and it’s unfortunate that his staff is not as helpful as he is anymore. I called about terrible pain in my back. I had been to an urgent care and they told me I needed to ask my primary for an MRI. I had an amazing doctor that I followed to Henry Ford. Unfortunately the office manager just told me my doctor hasn't adjusted to their office my appointment being canceled was actually her fault because she can't keep up with documentation. The actual problem is my doctor spent time with her patients. I can't believe an office manager would talk badly about a doctor, and pretty much confirm I'm just a number to them. Won't be returning to this office and hope my excellent doctor leaves them too!
