I have worn glasses for more than 40 years, and in all that time seeing eye doctors and getting prescriptions, I have never been as well cared for as at Chesterfield EyeWorks. Dr. Holmes was more attentive to my visual health than any eye doctor I have ever seen. The attention he paid to making sure that I would be able to see as well as glasses could make me see was as unexpected as it was extraordinary. A visit to Dr Holmes office is always a pleasure.
Started going to see 'Coach' Holmes years ago. Never had any problems and both times had eye emergency they were very good at getting me in within a couple hours of my call. Have referred several people there and were very pleased with the service they received.
Dr. holms is the most unprofessional optometrist ive ever dealt with. My wife and I have been going here for years with very little problems until recently. Trying contacts for the first time is a frustrating process for anyone and takes time and patience to figure out which brand is right for that peraon. This place is a hot mess. They are rude and make comments that are not professional concerning the the client. They don't stand behind their work. Made 3 trips to try to get eyeglasses I could see with but got nowhere. The most expense waste of my time. One star is too much.
