Hello, I have a small problem. I was informed that Chesterfield apartments could help people with starting out credit, no credit, and low credit. I've heard this from multiple people, including Luke the maintenance man. Considering my friend and I were both denied due to no credit, I'm going to assume this is false information. This location is a development for seniors, the real estate is subsidized, in need of some renovations and cosmetic upgrades
They are good for the price. The upstairs front bedroom gets unbelievably hot in the summer and the air conditioner unit in the other room does not reach the front room. Downstairs is nice, I have 0 complaints. I have lived here for a year and the owners are very leniant on helping if you have a hiccup with rent. They worked with us and got us back on track.
