Giving this 1 star because I couldn’t give it any lower. A man was beaten into a coma and then run over by a car in the parking lot. Look this up. Not safe. Gross environment. Can’t wait for my lease to be up. Living with a relative now. Paying for lease even though not living there. This is not “a place to call home”. Apparently there was a renovation they are overcharging for. Couldn’t tell. Much better options out there for cheaper. Do your homework.
Overpriced. There are much better options out there. Buyer Beware.
Where to begin. I moved here with the notion that it was a good and safe apartment complex. I was wrong. The place is filled with immigrants who are probably illegal. They literally leave trash everywhere and complex does nothing about it. Music, kids screaming, and soccer balls hitting your car are the sounds you can not avoid. Pleasant area...nice and friendly people. When I need any repairs done, it's done in a timely manner. My only complaint is that when the people upstairs take a shower, it backs up in my tub. Thank you!
