RecommendedI have lived in Chesterfield for the last 7 months and I truly enjoy living here. The front door to the building has a code, so security isn’t an issue. All packages are kept in the office until you pick them up, so you don’t have to worry about any thefts. The building came under new management, which I can personally attest to say always helps to resolve problems. These place is sucks, the room, the bathroom. and the tiny kitchen in front of the entry door was substandard. When we moved out last May 2018 we did the cleaning, I did clean the microwave, refrigerator, stove, bathroom, dining room, and a tiny kitchen area (in front of the entry door) vacuum the carpeting coz I want to get my $500.00 security deposit back. The management is amazing and the Location is good.
Office staff is terrible, they promise to call you back and you never receive a call back. They change your contract before your lease is up. When we first signed the contract we were told that in order to keep the same rent we needed to let them know before May 2017. In the middle of the semester they sent out an email stating that we needed to sign a contract by February 16th 2017 in order to save $50 off of first months rent.
