UPDATE: Today was my 3rd time going, went in for a gel fill. The lady that did my nails was a different lady than the first 2 times I went, this technician was very rough and made my cuticles bleed as you can see in pictures I have irritation and inflammation. Some of the nails themselves look chunky and have indents (also you can see in pictures). A couple of the nails were even crooked…This time around I was Not happy with the job and paid $50 for it. I usually see Ana, who always does an amazing job and makes the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. Unfortunately, she wasn’t available that day, so I decided to book an appointment with Chloe instead. While she’s definitely skilled with nails and did a decent job on the actual manicure, her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional from start to finish. This is the second time I’ve come to this establishment, I got a gel nail set and was very happy with the result and the customer service, I haven’t had a bad experience as of yet. Thank you
