After five years they still haven't released my son; is he being treated or punished?
My brother was here a few years ago. He told me that they kicked his butt all the time and treat them like nothing and I believe him they think because people got mental problems no one's going to believe them this place needs to get shut down is a living Hill on Earth from what my brother said
My son is 40 yrs old and has been in Chester many times. He has been there for a year presently. He has been in at least 20 hospitals since he was 20. I have to say this is by far the best care he has ever received. The staff is wonderful and caring. I have gotten updates whenever I call his social worker. He is a very difficult person to deal with. The staff has been very patient and kind to him. I can actually feel relief of worry and stress on my husband and me in more than we have in 20 yrs.
