I'm giving 2 stars b/c the nursing staff has always been friendly and professional. I believe the office manager/front desk personnel need training! I have seen Dr. Bradley for more than 5 years and then moved out of town. So, i had to have records transferred to another doctor when it was time to see one. fast forward almost 2 years and i make an appointment to this office...a week in advance!!
