Avoid This Place at All Costs – Absolutely Horrible Experience If I could give zero stars, I would. This pediatric office is an absolute awful from start to finish. The staff is rude, disorganized, and clearly lost. The front desk people are extremely rude. They act like you're bothering them just by showing up, and asking a simple question.
They are so nice and helpful. I’ve been going here ever since I was a baby and it is really nice
We love the entire Avondale staff, however, my wife has been trying to speak to the billing department regarding outstanding bills for our daughters since October and Kelly does not call her back. She has continued to call and ask to speak to her and is told she will give her a call right back. It's quite frustrating as we would really like to take care of this, and calling for 2 months without any support from Kelly or the billing department is quite eye opening on the customer service we can expect in the future.
