Dr. Cooper provided excellent care. He communicated clearly, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and demonstrated a high level of expertise that made my son feel confident and well cared for. In addition, the nursing and front desk staff were consistently friendly and helpful, contributing to a very positive overall experience.
We are extremely grateful to Dr.Cooper for his help during an emergency. Even though we couldn’t visit in person, he patiently guided us over the phone, reviewed the photos of the bruising we shared, and immediately provided the right prescription. His quick response, clear guidance, and calm approach gave us immense relief during a very stressful time. Truly a very good and caring doctor.

Front desk was unhelpful and rude. They turned my sick daughter away this morning during their “walk in” hours. We were in a tough position of moving from out of state without a new doctor setup in the area yet. They would not register her as a new patient without getting records pof her vaccination status and allergies from our previous Denver office (that would not open for another 2hrs at the time). We’ve been with this practice for many years and are very happy with the care. They have a beautiful new building, but the waiting area houses a large fish tank that looks disgusting. It makes a horrible first impression for a new patient. Please restore the tank back to the vibrant and clean way that it was.
