Front desk was unhelpful and rude. They turned my sick daughter away this morning during their “walk in” hours. We were in a tough position of moving from out of state without a new doctor setup in the area yet. They would not register her as a new patient without getting records pof her vaccination status and allergies from our previous Denver office (that would not open for another 2hrs at the time). We’ve been with this practice for many years and are very happy with the care. They have a beautiful new building, but the waiting area houses a large fish tank that looks disgusting. It makes a horrible first impression for a new patient. Please restore the tank back to the vibrant and clean way that it was.
I love the nurse's and Drs they are super nice
Dr. Cooper is "refusing" to work with the pharmacy to provide a code for my son's prescription to be refilled. Even his office staff is confused on why he is "simply not doing it". Mom and Dad have been calling daily with no action being taken.
My sons have been coming to this practice their whole lives. I absolutely love and appreciate the knowledge and care the staff provide during every appointment. Dr. Cooper especially has taken the time more than once to describe why certain issues pop up and how they affect the body. The front desk staff and the nursing staff are also so kind and patient. Thankful to have such a great practice to depend on!
