We love the entire Avondale staff, however, my wife has been trying to speak to the billing department regarding outstanding bills for our daughters since October and Kelly does not call her back. She has continued to call and ask to speak to her and is told she will give her a call right back. It's quite frustrating as we would really like to take care of this, and calling for 2 months without any support from Kelly or the billing department is quite eye opening on the customer service we can expect in the future. I have been taking my kids here since they were born, and I have finally decided to find a different pediatrician a BETTER pediatrician who will actually take the time to take my concerns seriously. I took my child here for multiple appointments for the same concern and they did nothing. They said the issue wasn’t causing an issue. I then took my child to a specialist for them to tell me the complete opposite.
