Horrible service from this guy, impossible to get a hold of, and when you get ahold of people on the phone they give you the run around(I cant tell you how many times the West Chester office has told me to call Kennett and the Kennett office told me to call West Chester, with neither office actually helping me). I sent an important paper into them to have Haplea sign and send back to me. 2 weeks later, I call and I'm told they never got the paper(I know I sent it to the right place, so they got it.).
