Came here on a slow Monday for a dip manicure. Was told to pick a color, wash hands and take a seat. I’m now one hour in and they still haven’t done my nails. One tech started me, wrapped the nails to soak off twice and then has left me here to wait, I presume for the owner/manager who sits by the door. If someone had TOLD ME when I walked in that it would be over an hour wait, I would have left. Update. There was a full hour and 20 minutes before she started my nails. This is the only place I go to get pedicures. They're the nicest people, always have time for a walk in, spend a good amount of time, always have a smile and the prices are very reasonable! Can't recommend it enough!

EDIT: 5 months later, I decided to give this place another try, but nothing has changed. I scheduled an appointment for 5:00. It’s now 5:28 and I’m still sitting here waiting for my appointment to even start. I’m about to leave and go back to Holly’s nails. My fault I guess for giving this business a second chance. — Good nail salon but disappointed after today. I called earlier this week and made an appointment for 5:00.
