Made it to their ER here for the first time last week . Everyone there could not have been nicer . I was in a lot of pain . I waited maybe a hour and even though they couldn’t get blood from me in triage they assured me they would . They did lots of tests until they could run blood/urine . Ended up getting admitted for 3 nights on the 3rd floor . The nurses could not have been nicer . Food was good not great . But I was fine . My room was very clean and comfortable. Was seen in the emergency room at Chester County Hospital. One of the worst experience I ever had had a nurse his name was Chris very rude. I asked him three times if he could put the heart monitor on me since I was waiting for 25 minutes after Another nurse drop me off in the room-they put me in the room with a bed and he totally ignored me because he was on his phone, then when he finally answered me, he was making fun And being Very rude!! Came here to say: they seemingly fired the gentleman who previously caused me a lot of trouble at valet, because I haven’t seen him in a few weeks to months. The valet has given me little to no problems with parking to access pharmacy resources. Thank you to management for addressing the problem.
I was just released this afternoon after a spinal fusion 3 days ago. The entire care team I had was absolutely phenomenal. Kind, compassionate, professional and made me feel like a movie star. They even ordered me something different for lunch when I didn't like my selection. This was my second surgery there and recommend their services to anyone.
