After many previous good visits to the hospital, for the birth of my son and many crohns related issues, the hospital has fallen off significantly in recent years. Nurse calls are sent to a receptionist who cannot hear you when you speak. When you do get through and ask for something these is a random chance you will get it. Later when you call back asking, you are told, "I already told your nurse." Then she appears and says she just found out. After intake I was placed on an NG tube. I waited in the Er for 4 hours with a broken wrist. There were sick people screaming and vomitting. No sling. No ice. Finally My X-ray was done in a messy makeshift X-ray room with the plate balanced on top of a trash can. I then waited some more to be put in a room. And waited some more to see the PA and to get a splint and some pain meds. . All told 6 1/2 hours for a simple fracture. Came here for an MRI. The hospital was honestly the nicest looking hospital indoors I have been in. Well maintained, clean, and had lots of outdoor areas. Everyone I encountered that worked there was very nice and helpful. I would definitely come here again.

These new batch of workers need training again . Triage gave an attitude . Workers went to everybody in the waiting room asking if they needed a blanket and passed me to go to the people near me and ask them , not to mention the only African American patient waiting to be seen. I finally got to the back the woman asked if I needed a blanket I responded yes she drops it on the bed instead of directly handing it to me!

I would not waste your time coming to this hospital. No one really cares and they just want you to leave. My dad was treated twice last week and both times sent home after a few hours and still in pain. It is hard enough to advocate you for yourself and seek treatment only to not be heard. There is a reason why there is an alarming amount of bad reviews and here is another one.
