It’s difficult to put into words how grateful we are for the care we received during the birth of our baby. From Labor & Delivery through our stay in the maternity department, the nurses and staff were incredible. My mom is currently admitted in this hosipital. She was admitted last night, no food has been provided to her for last 24 hours - just some boiled carrots and egg salad sandwich around 4 pm today after requesting for food repeatedly. The dinner order placed at 5 pm never arrived! The cafeteria closes at 7 pm…. Do we have to door dash food in here?, dietary restrictions be damned!
I hate coming here. Waited three plus hours with no update, front desk lady during the midnight shift couldn't care less and she was rude. They take people after you who come in - without even being triaged it's like they forgot about us. I tried to be polite then started crying in the parking lot because I just wanted my husband to be seen for allergic reaction. He was in the ER the day prior for the hives and the next day the hives spread more so they didn't take care of it in the first place. I would go to Paoli hospital.... read more
