My 90+ year old mom went to the ER on 10/19/26. Everyone was quite nice, and we understood why we were there from 3pm- 2am (11 hours) before she got into a hospital room...this hospital has taken tons of patients who were previously served by multiple other hospitals that closed over the past few years and left patients in dire need of care. I went in to the ER a few days ago. It was jammed pack, but the nurses and other staff handled it like pros. I’ve never seen an ER handled so efficiently! There was a wait of course (to be expected) but once they took me to the back they treated me like family. Hopefully I don’t have to return to the ER any time soon, but if I do this is where I’m going!
The most horrible experience. My niece is in excruciating pain and the response is sorry we can’t do anything about it. How long is the wait? We don’t know…
