Edit: I take it since my review is not being responded to, and others are, my concern of sensitive medical professionals running their mouth has been disregarded. I’m reducing the stars given as a result. Went into the CCH ER a couple of days ago due to a TMJ-related issue and was taken to the overflow room for ER where you get a bed with a curtain as a barrier between patients. The ER is absolutely terrible! I’m reporting them first thing in the morning. I was given medication I didn’t need nor asked for. Doctor said he was coming in and never did until I stated I wanted to leave after being there for more than 5 hours and nothing being said to me about anything. I received the nursing notes after leaving and they didn’t even chart the right reason as to why I was there & was treating me for a whole other problem I had no clue about until departing.

I recently had an experience at the emergency room that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt cared for and supported. John I from the emergency room , went above and beyond in his role—his professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine compassion made a stressful situation so much easier to handle.
