Derek was here last week to do the spring maintenance on my air conditioner….He did a great job! He was efficient and explained that everything looked good ….which was good news for me! Since my husband passed away ,I have to rely on others to help me keep everything going in my house ! My wife and I have had great customer service from CCFO in general, but last winter they really came through for us. We were getting low on oil, and what turned out to be an historically cold and snowy weekend was approaching. I spoke to Tracy in the office on Friday afternoon and on Saturday morning...in heavy snow...a truck arrived to fill us up. For that, and for their regularly good service in general we are happy customers.
