I had a dental implant done at this office and unfortunately my experience has been very frustrating.. At the start of the treatment I was given a treatment plan a stating my responsibility would be $595, which I paid in full months later if not almost a year later I began receiving repeated call text messages and emails claiming I owe an additional $5965 which my assurance company had paid them. I have dental phobia and therefore have not seen a dentist in a long time. from the moment of my first call, Jodi treated me with respect and care they made accommodations so I could start my procedures. Tracy who Did my X-rays and measurements was kind, considerate, and gentle. I was in a panic. I was scared to death and she and Jody talk to me, calm me and acknowledged that my fear was real and no one made me feel like my feelings didn’t matter. Top notch dentist and practice, everyone is very friendly. I had a great cleaning and my work was done well. Jody really helped me out! Totally recommend!!!
Dont go here they scam you because they cant file insurance properly. They apparently aren't allowed to clean your whole mouth at the same time so on my first visit did half my mouth and paid my deductible. I had an apt to get the 2nd half done and they tried to charge me again for the first visit before they would see me for the 2nd visit (which they wanted me to pay for before I had even gotten seen) unlike the last time when I paid after visit.
