My furry babies will only go here! I can not express my love for Chester County Cat Hospital, the doctors, and the staff enough. We found a pregnant stray, who we immediatly fell in love with. We already had one cat and could not afford to take care of our newest "child" and her babies. We took her the CCCH for a checkup, where we found out that she also was FIV Positive. I thought this was a death sentence for her, and there was no way she could live with our FIV Neg cat- not to mention what would happen to her babies? Woul... read more

They understand cats I lived a couple of blocks from this vet for a year or two, and brought my cat here for exams. I like this office because there are no dogs to make the cats nervous so it is a much more relaxing experience than usual vet visits. The staff is knowledgeable and patient. I feel that it is better that their expertise is focused soley on their cat 'patients' because this allows them to provide the best care possible. They always gave me tips for providing better care for my cat. I was always satisfied with my... read more

Dr. Glassman is the best!! Our cat, Cassie, had ocular melanoma in her right eye. Our local vet passed it off as 'normal' changes. We contacted Dr. Glassman and he immediately identified it as a possible eye cancer. He offered to do the surgery, but suggested we contact two local veterinary opthalmologists at the Univ. Penn. Vet School. The specialist agreed with Dr. Glassman and performed the surgery. The pathology report confirmed Dr. Glassman's initial diagnosis. Even though Dr. Glassman did not do the surgery, he called ... read more

As Good As It Gets I have been taking my cats to Dr. Glassman since he opened Chester County Cat Hospital over 15 years ago. He is an outstanding diagnostician. So much so that I now live in Medford, New Jersey and STILL drive 1.5 hours to take my cats to him whenever its anything other than routine. Despite all my efforts, I simply have not found anyone in whom I can have the confidence I have in him based upon personal experience. His staff is excellent as well. If you care about your cat and are lucky enough to be in the ... read more

What an awesome place! Dr. Glassman has been my vet for 12 years now. He is great and when two of my cats have been extremely ill, he has even taken them home to monitor them through the night. He and his team are amazing. They really care about your pet and get to know them. There is no where else that I would ever go for my four cats.

Don't miss this place! A hospital just for cats??? WE LOVE THE CHESTER COUNTY CAT HOSPITAL!!!!! Dr. Glassman and his staff understand cat personalities. These people are gentle with their “patients” and provide a homey atmosphere where pets and owners can relax … even with surgery looming. Two resident cats “greet” the newcomers. When our beloved family kitty, Oscar, needed an overnight stay … a special bed was provided so he would feel comfortable in his home away from home. This hospital is a delight for any an... read more

A Very Special Place - A Very Special Veterinarian I had been using another veterinary hospital closer to my home, but when I felt my dear feline companion Dali, diagnosed with kidney failure, was not receiving optimal care, I immediately brought him to Chester County Cat Hospital and Dr. Glassman on a recommendation. I was immediately impressed with the warm, home-like, yet rigorously clean and well equipped atmosphere. Dr. Glassman actually came in on a night off to administer to my very ill cat. His care and dedication bl... read more

Excellent Cat Care! I have three cats and have been to many vets over the years. This cat hospital is wonderful in that they really cater to cats and understand them. Dr. Glassman and the whole staff were very friendly and were glad to answer all of my questions. They even let me go into the back with them when we had to get a blood sample so I could talk to her and try to keep her comfortable. No other hospital has ever done that!

Do Not Use DO NOT USE THIS VETERINARIAN HOSPITAL. They did not TELL ME about a procedure that could have prolonged my cat's life. Now they are trying to say it is because I was concerned about costs. However, they should have TOLD ME about all the options so that I COULD HAVE MADE THE BEST DECISION about my cat's life and my finances. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED and sad about the loss of my cat. I feel I let my cat down by using these veterinarians.
