I had to get a root canal ASAP! The dr and all of the staff were amazing. This is the first time I used this practice and now I am switching over. Everyone was so professional and knowledable. The women who worked with the dentist, Sara was so sweet. The women at the front Nancy, was amazing and got me in earlier then expected. If you are looking for a dentist this is the one! I used the West Chester office.
When arriving for my appointment I found everyone very welcoming at the front desk. My tech, zuzana was the best ever, very informative and knowledable. Dr. Wollach also was very knowledgeable and professional explaining everything I would need done. I’ve never had such a complete dental visit in the past. As a new patient I will let all my friends and family know about the practice. I will be making my next appointment with Dr. Wollach.
I brought my 2 ½ year old to the dentist to watch me for my 6 month cleaning to prep her for her first dentist appointment. My dental hygienist was extremely patient, and sweet - explaining everything and seriously answering my toddler’s questions, no matter how silly. After I was finished, my toddler was so interested she excitedly yelled that it was her turn. This dental practice including dentist, hygienists, and office staff are the best I have ever encountered. If you are looking for an absolutely great dentist and staff, this is the place to come. I have the highest regard for their professionalism and level of concern for your well-being.
I go to this dentist because I like the service I get and the people I deal with. They don’t push things on me but instead offer recommendations and good advice. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable.
I was really nervous coming into the dentist after having not gone for a while. The office was lovely and the staff was very energetic and made some great conversation which helped me calm down. I will definitely be returning to this office for future visits. Thank you!
