Very professional
Slick rip off artists, incompetent and dishonest would be a nice way to say it. Took a lawyer to get back some of my deposit on a botched high end kitchen install a few years ago. Surprised to see they are still in business but good scammers always float to the top, or at least until they cross the wrong client.
