I came to see Dr. Chester Lo many years ago for plantar fasciitis foot pain. He made a pair of orthotics for me that worked very well, and helped relieve the pain completely. I had a second pair made with him a few years later. More recently, I am looking to have another pair made, but it looks like he has retired. I went to see a new doctor closer to me, and this doctor did not take half the care in assessing my needs, and making the mold for my feet as Dr. Lo did. Fantastic medical office. Newly renovated and very comfortable to be treated in this beautiful office by Dr. Chester Lo. He is well acknowledged and excellent doctor who is able to get me back to working in a short time after my bad sprain ankle. I recommend anyone to come to this welcoming staff and great place anytime!
"Dr. Lo is very helpful in treating my grandmother even she has no appointment and the receptionist reported no slot today. Although Dr. Lo is very busy, he still take time to explain everything to me and my grandmother. My grandmother healed up fast and we are sure love to recommend anyone to his office any time."
What an awful doctor. Everytime he asked my grandmother a question he cut off her answer to rant at her about how he needed the truth and what she felt like right now and not yesterday or the day before or last week, because he can’t just give us whatever medicine we want.kept talking about how people come in expecting him to give them everything under the sun but he can’t do that so we need to tell him the truth, basically accusing us of being liars before we’d even had the ch ace to say anything. If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. This doctor is extremely toxic. I walked into the office and politely said hello. When asked what I was here for, I began to answer, and I was immediately attacked with “Oh, you need to tell me the truth. People come in here begging for shoe inserts and socks and things but I just want the best for you so you need to tell me the truth.” He also went on about patients and their personal cases last year, or last month, or a few days ago, all instead of focusing on the patient in front ... read more
