I’ve been taking my pet to see them for about 4 years. Last weekend we experienced a terrible nail clipping incident. I felt the front desk staff was rude when I called back. My dogs paw had been basically butchered and bleeding all over my back seat. I couldn’t get it to stop...we had to go back to the vet and have it taken care of in the parking lot, as my dog was too scared and shaking to get back out of the car. They try to upsell testing and procedures. Also very rude and tend to “lecture”. Definitely look elsewhere.
This place is horrible. They upsell tests/services that your pet doesn’t need, don’t return phone calls, don’t give the “credits” you’ve earned, and they have awful admin help. We called them with one of our dogs who got really sick and their response was: take her to an ER clinic, we can’t see her for several days.We went to them about 4 or 5 times and after every visit, just felt like we really got crappy service.
My 5 month old German shepherd went for her first appointment here and they were amazing. Even with the COVID measures. She is scared of people outside of my family because we got her literally days before quarantine started and she’s only used to us. They cared about not making her feel anymore uncomfortable than she already was (she was terrified) and quickly gave her the shots she needed and let her come back to the car with me while they got the vet to call me and got her medications together for me. Unsympathetic to my parents needing to put their 17 year old cat down who took a turn for the worst unexpectedly. Tried making them get a vaccine and wellness check up before putting down their cat. That’s shady to try and scam people of even more money. Shame on you & this facility. 0/10 would never recommend.
Dr. Regetz was super friendly and great with my new puppy! She also made sure to answer all questions I had about new puppy ownership. I am completely new to the area so I was unfamiliar with any vets at all in the area and after some research I am so glad that I found CAC!
