The customer service here is unmatched! My car died in their parking lot during a peak busy time, and one of the employees was kind enough to give me a jump from his personal vehicle without hesitation. I personally would love to purchase kayaks from these folks because they’re so comfortable and provide such great back support. 10/10 customer service and product quality.

Highly recommend Chestatee River Adventures! Staff are very accommodating, friendly, & if you make a reservation they have your kayak ready for you and offer shuttle services! Chestatee River is a great trip for beginner kayakers, advance kayakers, and your water friendly pups!

I did the kayak trip today . It was great. The equipment was all good an the employees were courteous and helpful. Very enjoyable way to spend a few hours. I would highly recommend them!

It was easy enough for my friends who don’t kayak very often but exciting enough to keep us all on our toes enjoying the challenges. Beautiful scenery and sounds.
