Asked for an appraisal from this company, and was told it would be ready on a Monday(time sensitive). Wasn't done until that Wednesday. I even asked Jason when was best for him, he suggested the date and that wasn't met. Then to find out weeks later that (someone) that did appraisal or knew the appraiser called on a blocked line and didnt leave number and "tried" to buy the home from underneath my wife and I nose. VERY unprofessional and hope higher ups can get to the bottom of it. We won't use this company ever AGAIN! #🐍

I contacted Chestatee for an appraisal and gave my purpose and they informed me that it wouldn't be valid for that purpose. I re-contacted my mortgage company and they went down the proper path. I appreciate their honesty and loss of an appraisal sale to give the proper information.

I was referred this company to appraise my home. When I called they quickly booked an appointment for an appraiser to come to my home within 5 business days. Ashley was 10 minutes early to the appointment & took her time walking through the home and catching all the details. Thank you for the hassle free experience.
