Had called in the morning to confirm the appointment I had with Dr. Dorf that same day in the afternoon, the office staff Kim and Office Manager Kristen informed me they work a half day on Fridays and my appointment took place the day prior on June 25th. My paperwork which I was sent stating the 26th was not accurate. They never sent my PFT results to the physician I have been seeing. (And they never called me to talk about my results either..) On top of that, the front desk staff tend to be pretty rude. Getting to their actual office is ridiculous, there were no signs anywhere indicating where exactly it was in the building, or where the building was coming from the main road. However, the nurse who walked me through the PFT was VERY NICE and helpful.

I was blessed to be referred to Dr Hicks. I'm a never smoker, but asthmatic. I have been dealing with a sudden onset, strange lung problem. it is not like any asthma, I've ever had...very little wheezing. He is helping me. I researched first, then requested a referral to this office. Dr. Hicks is a kind, professional, empathetic, compassionate person, who took the time to explain things in a way I could understand.
