I was worried to death after reading some of the reviews. It was not as bad as some said at all. The sheets were wrinkled and they needed to be softer but that was it. There should of been internet because that's all the world knows but Brian was wonderful. The room was clean, had full control of my own air, T.V. worked and I was there long enough to need anything more than I did.
Don't ever go to this office! The people that work in this office tell lies and screw you out of every penny they can. Got me for $700+ and I got nothing out of it. I'm not sure it will not do any good, but I will be reporting them to the BBB.
