This is "hands down" my favorite practice. I have been a patient for less than a year, and my care has been exemplary! I get callbacks at reasonable times, and I feel like the healthcare staff really cares about my care.
Horrible care!!! If you can get another doctor go elsewhere. You cannot get a call back from the office. No one answers emails in the portals. Been going 1.5 years, and they have done nothing to help my situation. They diagnosed me with why I went and then refuse to treat the diagnosis. Said insurance will "probably not" cover it because it is not bad enough. Never checked with the insurance company nor asked if I was willing to pay out of pocket.
