Overwhelmed and overloaded with patients.
Every single person i have talked to in this office is rude. Never followed up from my sleep study just wanted to know where supplies should be sent then said I needed ro be there the following day and when I asked why they said to listen to your lungs. I have had every single pulmonary test done elsewhere within the last 3 months and they are telling me its been too long that's why I needed to come in. Snappy receptionist at check in this morning. I showed her the text I had and I was informed I was still wrong.
Was running 7 minutes late, due to kid dropping off taking longer than usual (outside of my control). I called to let them know and they made me reschedule. Saying Dr. Bato could/would not see me, as there was a patient behind me. Very classic healthcare, will make you wait but no flexibility for the patient. I took the time off work and drove 30 mins to get there (told me I couldn’t come in 3 min before I got there). I understand there’s a schedule, but 7 minutes when you’re notified is insane
Receptionist is a pain. I brought my med list in a couple months ago. She refused to take it. She copied it though . Today, she wouldn’t take it, or scan it. She wanted ME to cross check it with the list the office had. I found in talking with the assistant that took my vitals, that if the receptionist had scanned it, she , the assistant would not have had to cross check the 2 lists. While I waited to check in . The receptionist was gabbing with another patient for 10 plus minutes. Not medical issues but just plain gabbing
