The office and waiting rooms are filthy. The office staff if rude and extremely ignorant. That said, thr doctor I saw was very knowledgeable.
I had a chest CT 5 days ago and have not seen with my results still. No one called emailed or posted to my portals with oncology nor my PCP! This is unfair and my nerves are shot with anticipation if results show further lymphoma progression.
Dr P is awesome but trying to get an appointment scheduled is ridiculous. They want you to do everything on the portal but you request an appointment and 2 months later no one has done anything so you call and wnd up scheduled 6 months later. Frustrating. Why even have the option of requesting an appointment online?
Never responded to any calls. Couldn't ever get a human being on the phone. Don't recommend.
