I lived here for almost 2 years at Whirligig Station, and my experience was truly amazing. The app they use for paying rent and submitting maintenance requests is extremely easy to use. I never had a single issue with it. Everything was quick, convenient, and reliable. The office staff made my time here even better. On boarding with Gabby in their residential homes was fantastic. We had some attitude with the official on boarding person within our first week of moving in maintenance needing to be done, but once everything went to Gabby and the rest of the office it was great. We are renting an older home so the other “issues” are just older home issues and they are willing to work with us with maintenance. I wouldn’t recommend renting any building that uses the Chesson Agency. Their property managers are disrespectful, they don’t fulfill work orders as they promise, they don’t return calls, and they do not return the security deposits back on time and will most definitely take from it. I still have yet to receive mine and I vacated the unit on May 3.
