We just had the opportunity to preview Chesmar Home in Emory Glen. Trace the sales representative was great. He is friendly, kind, and helpful. The model home is very nicely designed. The open concept living in the model home is beautiful. My favorite room was the front study. I looked forward to sharing this community with our clients who love living in the countryside area.

If you want a good team to help with your home warranty that they say is free DONT buy Chesmar! They keep cancelling, not responding, and not caring. The rails on my second story stair case fell off and they keep pushing me off. My kids could fall from the second story and Chesmar doesn’t care. I would honestly go with Ashton Woods or Highlands! Over the weekend, I finally had the chance to check out Chesmar homes in Emory Glen. When I say these homes are beautiful, they are beautiful. I was lucky enough to meet Trace, who was very professional, kind and attentive to our wants and needs in a home after 20 minutes of talking. He just knew & took care of us and showed us around to see a few model homes. We love the area, the amenities and we'll definitely be coming back! Thank you Trace!
