I really hate leaving negative reviews, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating and stressful. We recently had a serious issue with our garage door and ultimately left us unable to open or close it at all the next morning. The emergency release handle didn’t work, and the door had actually come off the track—something a garage professional later told us was likely due to how it was originally installed and bound to happen eventually.
