We walked away from our deposit after losing confidence in Chesmar. Persistent issues from May 2025 onward led us to forfeit our deposit and look elsewhere as the home was completed in October. Early visits to the Design Center yielded friendly and enthusiastic, yet inconsistent, and often incorrect information from our New Home Consultant (e.g., incorrect site map details, lack of knowledge on what options were available and what they cost).
