I've had issues from the day I moved in, clearly builder shortfalls. But that's not even the biggest issue. The poor response I received from Chesmar in my attempt to get the issues resolved was even more upsetting. I was provided the standard 1 yr warranty with the purchase of my home but was only granted 3 months in actuality. of course Chesmar used COVID as an excuse NOT to come out and make the necessary repairs. i have been living in a community called Bridgeland in cypress Texas. chesmar homes built a house for us that is really bad. Quality of the construction is very poor. customer service is not good. If chesmar homes is not capable of building quality homes then I suggest chesmar not to build homes like this and disappoint customers. I am so frustrated and disappointed.

RecommendedThis company really does care about their customers! I wouldn’t recommend buying from larger companies where their buyers are treated just like a number - buy a home from a company where you are treated like family!

RecommendedWe just purchased our first Chesmar Home (Lynnbrook floor plan) in Jordan Ranch and we LOVE it!!! I have owned several houses and this is truly my favorite, not only is it beautiful but also a great quality home. Joey Mann (new home consultant at Jordan Ranch) was amazing throughout our purchase experience and even after we closed he has been checking on us. Terence, the construction manager has also been amazing before and after closing. If you’re looking for a quality built home I highly recommend Chesmar homes!!!
