I have made multiple attempts to contact this company to repair my fence and they have not responded to my voicemails (over 30 calls made, only 3 were returned) and, emails (five). I even stopped by the office once and as of 10:15 the office was still locked (they open at 10:00 according to their signs). Reputable Family Business Chesley Fence is a reputable company. This company is family owned and operated, and installs hundreds of fences yearly. Unfortunately, as in any business, there are customers that, as much as you try, you cannot satisfy.
Great service and Product Needed a privacy fence that could contain my dogs and more importantly my son.
Can't even get a bid! We tried to become a customer of Chesley since they are local, but we haven't been able to get a bid from them. I am finally giving up and am using another company. We received a bid for wood but have been waiting on a vinyl bid since April 13. My husband and I have both talked to Patty numerous times and she keeps promising us the bid. Very poor communication from this company. No need to use them when there our other fencing companies available in the area who have actually responded to our calls.
Solid Delivery It was evident that Chesley Fence can make a difference for their customers and needs. They were extremely knowledgeable and they use top tier materials which produce a great product. You can do your homework with our fence companies, but you will come back here.
Horrible Customer Service I called Chesley fence for a repair and they never called me back. I called them again and reiterated that a section of my privacy fence is down and I need it repaired ASAP. After calling back a third, fourth and fifth time only to hear the same excuse as to why they are not returning my calls or fixing my fence, I am finished with them.
