I've rented 389 Beach drive and other properties for over 30 years. Our refrigerator didn't work, the trash was full when we got here and the bbq is broken. We've called and after 4 days no resolution. I went to the office today during business hours and no one was there. We came in on Friday and it's Monday at 5pm. Is it too much to ask for basic services.
Highly recommend NOT renting any properties on Beach Drive if you want to have a fun vacation. It’s not the same on this strip anymore, everyone is extremely uptight. Owners of other properties watch you from their cameras which is extremely uncomfortable. The staff are also not friendly at all. I have rented 208 and 210 Beach in the past through this team. Clean rentals with great locations. They are good to work with and have been very accommodating with check in and answering questions. Gabrielle was awesome with taking extra photos for us. I would recommend them and thier rentals.
