I made a reservation and have tried to cancel or to even move the reservation to another time when the place is vacant. We have had a severe ice storm and are expected to have more bad weather Friday - Sunday. They will not issue a refund and are very incooperative. I will be also writing the Better Business Bureau. You would think that under the circumstances one would be considerate of peoples safety. $608.00 is a lot of money to have thrown away for 2 nights!

Cheshire was a delightful surprise I accidentally found when I was looking for a place to stay while working in Asheville/Black Mountain. I found that Cheshire was not the cheapest yet, offered me the luxury accommodations that was quiet, friendly and very convenient. I had good mobile service 4G (verizon) and decent internet was provided in the cabin.
