Lizzy was very nice lady , she helped me with every question I had , she went out of her way to give me the best experience possible, she keeps it very clean inside and out .

I had bleach spill in my trunk and and then Lizzy, one of the managers I believe, came by out of nowhere while I was freaking out to help me throw away some of the stuff that got ruined. She was so sweet and genuinely made my day! I’m not sure what I would’ve done or how long I would’ve been there without her help, and she also offered me water. I’ve never known a storage unit staff to look after their customers that way and truly appreciate her kindness
