If you are looking for the most expensive unit and then still your rent will be increased over 40% after 6 months regardless if you are autopay. Do not fall for their low move in special they will make it up in other fees, ie. insurance, padlock etc. The mgr falls to monitor other renters who bring dogs and let their children run everywhere. I can't say enough great things about my experience here, especially thanks to Lizzy! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the process of renting a storage unit so easy. What truly impressed me was the cleanliness of the facility. This was my very first time renting a storage unit so I was a little confused on the process. Lizzy at the front desk was amazing and very informative. She walked me through every step of the process and explained all the details so I wouldn’t be caught off guard by anything. I will definitely be recommending this facility, and her specifically!
