I love the personalized plan, weight loss check-ins, and care I have received during my weight loss journey here. I have lost a total of 30 pounds and still losing weight. In addition to eating healthy and exercising and checking in with the dietitian as well. I definitely recommend peak wellness to anyone starting their weight loss journey , to give them a chance.
